Our Journey with HEARTS Academy Trust
Celebrating Creativity and Education
Over the past six months, Forever Callie Media has been honoured to collaborate with HEARTS Academy Trust, a forward-thinking educational trust encompassing six schools and a specialised learning provision. This ambitious project has been a journey of creativity, inspiration, and impactful storytelling.
Starting with a Show-Stopping Performance
Our work began in July with HEARTS Academy Trust’s end-of-year concert, a truly remarkable event where over 2,000 students gathered to perform a set of songs on stage. The energy was powerful as students sang, played instruments, and brought their collective talents to life. Capturing this moment was about more than filming a concert, it was about showing unity, creativity, and school trust spirit.
Capturing the HEARTS Experience
After the concert, we moved on to an extensive task: visiting each of the six schools to gather footage that would showcase the essence of HEARTS Academy Trust. This included:
B-Roll Footage: Capturing the vibrant day-to-day life within the schools, from classrooms buzzing with activity to outdoor play spaces filled with laughter.
Interviews: Speaking with teachers, students, and staff to highlight the values, culture, and opportunities each school offers.
Our aim was to craft a video that not only reflected the heart of the Trust but also served as a compelling promotional tool to attract the next generation of students and their families.
Virtual Tours
Understanding the importance of accessibility, we also took 360-degree images of each school, creating virtual tours that allow prospective families to explore the facilities and resources at their convenience. Whether it’s the state-of-the-art classrooms or the warm and welcoming communal spaces, these tours provide an immersive experience that brings the schools to life for viewers near and far.
The Final Result
Fast forward to today, and the results of this collaborative effort are now live. The promotional video and virtual tours are featured prominently on the HEARTS Academy Trust website, presenting a dynamic and modern way to engage with the community.
The video encapsulates the Trust’s dedication to education, creativity, and community, while the virtual tours make it easier than ever for families to envision their children thriving within these exceptional schools.
