Terms & Conditions

Forever Callie Media, a trading name of Forever Callie LTD, provides photography, videography, graphic design, social media management, branding, and other creative services. The specific scope of each project will be outlined in a separate contract agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment and Invoicing:
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. Generally, payment is due after the completion of the work. Any changes to payment terms will be documented in the contract.
3. Intellectual Property:
Forever Callie Media retains ownership of all copyrights over the content created. Upon receipt of payment, the client will be granted copyright to the content.
4. Delivery and Timelines:
Project timelines aim to be within two weeks and will be specified in the project contract. Delays or changes to the project scope will be communicated and addressed accordingly.
5. Confidentiality:

Forever Callie Media does not collect personal information beyond email addresses and phone contacts for communication purposes. This information is securely stored and will not be shared with any other entity.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated in writing and will only apply to subsequent projects.
