Capturing Neurodiverse Sport’s Workshop at Blackburn Rovers

A Behind-the-Scenes Video Shoot

We love working with organisations that are making a real difference in their communities. One of our recent projects involved working with Neurodiverse Sport, an organisation dedicated to providing sporting opportunities and workshops for neurodiverse individuals. In addition to helping rebrand their organisation, we’ve also been tasked with building their new website, and we recently had the opportunity to capture some incredible content during one of their workshops at the iconic Blackburn Rovers Football Ground.

Filming the pitch for some B-Roll

The Workshop: Mikey Mottram at Ewood Park

This workshop, held at Ewood Park, was a great opportunity to gather content that would showcase Neurodiverse Sport's impactful work. The event was led by Mikey Mottram, a former Team GB Rower and current Elite Gravel Cyclist, who brought a wealth of experience and energy to the workshop.

We captured a variety of photos of Mikey in action, working with participants and delivering insightful training. To complement the stills, we shot some B-roll video footage, which provided additional context and atmosphere, making for great secondary content to use across various platforms.

Capturing Feedback: A Key Component

After filming the workshop, we took the opportunity to interview a member of the Ewood Park staff who was part of the session. Their feedback was incredibly positive and provided valuable insight into the effectiveness of Neurodiverse Sport’s workshops.

This feedback not only served as a testimonial but also gave us the chance to create a video review that would resonate with potential clients and workshop participants alike. By combining the interview with the B-roll footage, we were able to craft a professional and engaging video that not only showcases the workshop but also highlights its success.

This was the background we selected for the interview with the Blackburn representative.

Post-Production and Results

Once we had all the footage, we moved on to the editing stage. We cut the interview and overlaid it with B-roll clips to create a dynamic video asset. The final product is set to be used on Neurodiverse Sport’s website and social media channels, and it will also be an excellent tool for future workshop promotion and procurement.

This shoot allowed us to not only create valuable content for Neurodiverse Sport’s digital presence but also solidify their branding through storytelling and visual media. We’re excited to continue working with them as we build their new website and help them reach more people with their important mission.
