I Joined A Gym!

Now I made a New Years resolution at the beginning of 2018 that I would join a gym and go at least 3 times a week, this sadly never happened due to the simple fact that no one keeps their New Years resolutions. At the beginning of August I found out that one of my friends had the same idea and never followed through with there plan, meaning that we both looked like failures. we decided that September would be different and that we would join our local gym and actually do what we set out to do way back in January.

September rolled around and we both joined on September the 4th and went the same day, this allowed to get straight into the swing of things for the month. Nearly every day since this decision I have been a keen member of The Gym and have been mainly focusing on my cardio as that is one of my biggest flaws.

Not only has this made me feel better about myself but has also improved my life in other ways such as I can now run up stairs much easier and can now do things without getting so tired so easily.
